This policy covers the legal liability incurred by the insured or his subordinates for any bodily and/or material damages as a result of professional negligence, error or omissions as a result of practicing his job or profession, within the geographical limits indicated, provided that the insured is committed during the insurance period to observe the laws and professional norms applicable in his field of activity, and to take all reasonable precautions to minimize the occurrence of claims.
It also covers the legal defense costs owed by the insured and the fees incurred by the insured to replace or restore documents for which he is legally responsible.
This policy provides cover to licensed professionals or specialists include, but are not limited to:
